Username and Password:  Use your single sign-on username and password that you use to sign on to your computer.


Terms and Conditions:

By utilizing this system to schedule off-duty and secondary employment, you agree you have read and agree to abide by the policies as outlined in G.O. 2.1.30, Off-Duty and Secondary Employment.  You further agree not to provide your username and password to another person to sign up for a job on your or their behalf.  You may contact the ODEC who can place you in a job if the system is down or unavailable to you, if you are eligible to work the job.  Employees shall not sign up for off-duty or secondary employment with the intent of giving the job to another employee.   Violations of these rules are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
The Employee Understands When Working Off-Duty(Does Not Apply to Secondary Employment):
  1. The Arizona Department of Public Safety does not assume or represent that the employee possesses the required or needed skills, abilities, or licenses to competently perform the duties of the listed employment.
  2. By agreeing, the employee certifies that he/she will comply with all applicable statutes, rules, general orders and departmental procedures.
  3. By agreeing, the employee agrees that the State of Arizona, the Department of Public Safety, and its employees, are released from liability and held harmless for any and all causes of legal action arising from the off-duty employment.
